Over the past couple months we’ve had the opportunity to present the community with a quick update about the ongoing development of our property. We wanted to put that information online for reference.
FACILITY
1. we are continuing to evaluate exactly what we need in a scaled down facility from our original 2004 plan
2. we are in the beginning stages of talking to the city in regards to those original plans to reflect our needs, using our land more effectively and finding a better fit for the surrounding community
3. we are also hoping to approach a few developers to see if there is possible interested in working with us in developing our land and in order to help us leverage our assets to help us develop our land for our needs
4. we are not at a stage where we are discussing any details in terms of a building design
