It’s often difficult in our busy lives to find time for slow dinners and good conversations. But something wonderful happens when we open our hearts and homes to each other. We all know that sharing a meal is one of the best ways to nourish old friendships; its also one of the best ways to get to know new friends. Add to the meal a meaningful conversation and you have all the makings of a memorable time.
Here is how it works:
- volunteer to host or attend a dinner party during or shortly after our fall Esther series (Oct 30 to Nov 20)
- if you are willing to host, consider inviting some people you know and then tell us how many spots you have open (we recommend a group of 6-10)
- download the guidelines on how to host a dinner here, the reflection questions here, and the suggested reading here
- if you sign up to be a host, we will help send guests your way; and if you are a guest we will inform you of dinner party openings
and then, let the magic happen
